I didn't make it to Anthropologie

...but instead I went to my lovely friend Jordan's house. I was quite inspired by she and her neighbor Sophie's flowers, especially the orchids. These photos are proof that you don't need a yard to have a quaint little garden of your own.

Spring has sprung!

As if daylight savings time hadn't already signaled the sign of a new season, it's now official. Springtime is here! Unfortunately, it's not a very sunny day in San Diego. My spring cleaning is already done so I'm heading to Anthropologie for some simple, pretty knobs for my new desk. I purchased it two weeks ago at a local barn sale, painted it Limerick green but still haven't got the hardware. Today's the day!
